MOMA Garden

Summer is an incredible time at The Museum of Modern Art as well as the Sculpture Garden which was designed by Philip Johnson. The garden is home to works by Matisse, Picasso, and Rodin (the last being my favorite sculptor) as well as a real beehive. This season brings a new installation of works made in the 1960's, including a stainless steel construction by David Smith and a 13ft sculpture by Alexander Calder. Bubbling fountains and many trees make it a leafy paradise for everyone and a great location to enjoy a spring or summer day.
